Booking & Cancellation Policy

Upon booking online you will be required to pay a deposit, you will receive a confirmation email of this booking, We ask that anyone not receiving our correspondence to please let us know. 

 

A text reminder will be sent 48hours prior to this appointment followed by an email 24 hours prior to the appointment. This falls in line perfectly with our policy. 

 

We understand that there are times where clients need to cancel but recent events have forced our hand in following through with our charges. 

 

Cancellations and Failure to attend an appointment leaves us little to no time to fill it, We advertise appointment availability through our social media pages if we are unable to do so we kindly ask for the payment to be made via our online payment request or at your convenience in person.
